Fruit Smoothie

A creamy and refreshing fruit smoothie packed with strawberries and yogurt.

Instructions

Serves 2 (8 oz)

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk

A creamy and refreshing fruit smoothie packed with strawberries and yogurt.

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
