Honey Mint Melon Salad
A refreshing melon salad with a sweet honey-mint dressing, perfect for summer.
Instructions
Serves 6 (1 cup)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 cups watermelon cubes
- 3 cups honeydew cubes

- Blend lime juice, mint leaves, and honey in a small food processor or blender.
- Pour over the melon cubes in a bowl and toss gently.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
