Honey Mint Melon Salad

A refreshing melon salad with a sweet honey-mint dressing, perfect for summer.

Instructions

Serves 6 (1 cup)

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 cups watermelon cubes
  • 3 cups honeydew cubes

A refreshing melon salad with a sweet honey-mint dressing, perfect for summer.

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Blend lime juice, mint leaves, and honey in a small food processor or blender.
  3. Pour over the melon cubes in a bowl and toss gently.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
