Oat and Raisin Biscuits
Quick and delicious biscuits stuffed with oats, raisins, and a touch of cinnamon.
Instructions
Serves 8 (1 biscuit)
- 1 can flaky biscuits
- Ground cinnamon (to taste)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- Nonstick cooking spray
Quick and delicious biscuits stuffed with oats, raisins, and a touch of cinnamon.
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the biscuit can.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
- Carefully open each biscuit by gently pulling it apart in the middle (like a sandwich).
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon inside each biscuit and add a few raisins and a small spoonful of quick oats.
- Close the biscuits back up and gently press the edges to seal.
- Repeat for all biscuits.
- Bake according to the package instructions, usually 10-14 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
