- 1-pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or canola oil)
- 1 ½ tablespoons salt-free five-spice seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon salt (optional)
Juicy chicken thighs coated with a salt-free spice rub, baked to perfection.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.

- Place chicken thighs in a large bowl.
