Three Fruit Salad

A light and refreshing fruit salad with pineapple, mandarin oranges, and grapes.

Instructions

Serves 6 (1/2 cup)

  • 1 (8-ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained
  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 20 green grapes, washed and cut in half
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or toasted coconut

A light and refreshing fruit salad with pineapple, mandarin oranges, and grapes.

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, and halved grapes.
  3. Sprinkle the top with chopped nuts or toasted coconut.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. Serve cold and enjoy!
